i possessed a bachelor degree in civil engineering but i don't have bachelor degree in finance, can i work as a financial analyst? i want to get CFA, without bachelor degree in finance, how do i get started?

perhaps try for an equity research associate position in a sector like heavy machinery (Ingersoll Rand, Caterpillar, etc. would be some examples of covered firms) or steel. then if you impress your boss, respectfully ask them if they will guide you in your CFA quest and more importantly, pay for it.
