Hi friend...I'm a Bachelor Degree in Naval Architect from reputable University in Indonesia..Currently employed at one of the shipyard in Sabah Malaysia since mid of year 2006..I would like to find job especially which located in Singapore or Peninsula of Malaysia...Anybody can help?

how can i work as a financial analyst in malaysia
how can i work as a financial analyst in malaysia?
i possessed a bachelor degree in civil engineering but i don't have bachelor degree in finance, can i work as a financial analyst? i want to get CFA, without bachelor degree in finance, how do i get started?

perhaps try for an equity research associate position in a sector like heavy machinery (Ingersoll Rand, Caterpillar, etc. would be some examples of covered firms) or steel. then if you impress your boss, respectfully ask them if they will guide you in your CFA quest and more importantly, pay for it.

You can join MNC's like Hewlett-Packard Company and learn the job !!. No need lah, I frequent flyer with MAS, all look plain to me. No need good looking, no one gives a damn, especially me, always sleeping on the plane, some more I put the DO NOT DISTURB sticker. But I think you should try with other airlines, not only MAS alone.

I really have no say for this (looks) but haven't you realized something about 'MAS'? It stands for 'Mesti Ada Saudara'... if you're walking in without any internal contacts, I'm afraid the chances would be slim compared to those who are in touch with somebody they know who works with MAS. Priority would usually be given to those who possess good communication skills and ENGLISH as a priority (which I hope you do).

what do you mean ugly? Have you get into the Mas already and see all the looks of the steward or stewardess? All you need is good customer services skills and smile always.. no need very good result, SPM is the perfect certificate to use even if you have the diploma or STPM.. usually they pick candidates which have experience working in servicing job such as KFC, McD and so on..

Apartment rent would cost about rm500-1000 per month. 3 meals - for 1 person: Breakfast - Rm2 Lunch - Rm5 Dinner - Rm5 Total: Rm12 x 3 = rm36 perday rm36 x i month(31 days) = rm1116 <--could be less Bus/Train - Depends on the distance. Probably rm5 for 2 way travel per day. You family will be traveling with you everyday by bus/train? If yes then, Rm5x3 = Rm15 x 31 days = Rm465 MAXIMUM total: RM2,581 It COULD BE LESS. If you want to save money, look for a house that is near to your working place to save on transport. Also, the transport company usually have offer - if you travel everyday, you can get a card for everyday travel it would only cost you less than RM100 per month. For children below 12, would cost cheaper and some are free. For family of 3, flat house if good enough. Not too big, and not too small. Usually comes with 2 bedrooms,1 toilet, and a kitchen.
