You can apply for the job and see if the company wishes to see you for a job interview.

You will need to see if Australia considers your education to be equivalent to that of an Australian pharmacist, and whether you meet the requirements to take licensing exams. And you need to check this out before you waste your time and the time of employers by sending out applications. Obviously, if you cannot take and pass the licensing exam, it is a waste of your time to think of working in another country. Every country has different standards for licensing health care professionals, so this is the toughest obstacle anywhere you might want to work. And you must be licensed in the country where you want to work before you can apply for jobs and obtain employment visas.

Well, I hope I'm wrong, but to me a 'travel and tour company' has got no connection with getting a work permit

The answer is no. The right place to go is the Immigration Depaartment In Putrajaya. The full address and contact no is like what Angel had given. Additional info. you need to have a sponsor ( an employer ) to be able to apply for a permit. If you are applying for a business visa, you too need to have a Malaysian sponsor before your application is accepted. Normally the sponsors are the one who will apply for the working permits for their employees prior to their arrival in Malaysia. The company given by you is a travel agent and has got nothing to do with work permit. Unfortunately many of these people ( travel agents or other companies ) claim that they could apply and assist someone to obtain a work permit. They want to act as your "agent" for your work permit application. Some could really helped you through (back door channel) and you'll be charge exorbitantly.

How is the situation of Malaysia if all Indon maids run back to Indonesia
How is the situation of Malaysia if all Indon maids run back to Indonesia?
I understand they receive the least salary working in Malaysia compare to the other countries. I understand we Malaysian can't afford also to pay them high salary as the other country citizens. I am talking about Indon maids, female, you know. not the Indon guys lah. Would it be disastrous to Malaysian women? Or they can kick Malaysian husbands to kitchen?

Either get maids from Myanmar or Sri Lanka, whose salaries are affordable or every employer gets properly briefed before getting them. Employers should be educated or literate too, besides being reasonable. A better system should be thought out by the government and not left to the employment agencies who are out there just to make fast bucks. Just a thought.

You mention salary, I do not think that is the issue because maids from other countries like from the Philippines working in Hong Kong or Taiwan also face same issue like we have in Malaysia. I can say should Indon maids run back to Indonesia, we can try hiring from Timor Leste. I do not think it would be disastrous because Malaysian women will have one less problem to worry when they are not at home leaving their spouse all by himself.

I would say above RM 5000. Being businessman or self employed is the easiest way to earn big bucks in malaysia. working as a sale person can earn lots through commission. i hope these help you

i don't know the figure but u can be 'mawi' and people pay you with ridiculous amount of money. for god sake..

Businessman or Hawkers is consider high income group of people why? Very simple, their income is "tax free", they have ways to not to report all their income, so don't ever think that hawkers are low income people. To be exact, you need to consider the after tax $$$ that comes into your pocket. So after tax income with RM10K is really average high income people. (working level, not owning any business)
