what is the minimum salary for a foreigner like me having a college degree? how much does it cost for you to survive in malaysia including rent,food,clothing,etc. is it like singapore where crime is very low? is it an open city where it does not matter what your religion or what clothes you wear?

I heard that Malaysia is a muslim-only country, just like Indonesia and the middle east. ( So, it is best to stay away from any 3rd world muslim country, because they are mostly trouble. )

Its almost impossible for a foreigner to land a good job in Malaysia or Singapore with just a college degree, not unless you have a good command of Mandarin (though not compulsory, but thats what most employers in these 2 countries are secretly looking for in their staffs).
